Last Sunday I ventured to the Vintage Village in the historical market in Stockport. The covered market dates back to the 15th century and during the week is a haven for traders selling fruit and veg and other essentials. It was the Vintage Village’s first birthday and there were lots of nice stalls with pretty and eye catching treats for hungry shoppers to buy. I had previously done this market before with my friend Beckie, but this time I had teamed up with my sister who runs Delilah Vintage and we crammed the stall with jewellery, clothes and nik naks.
It was a thoroughly enjoyable day and I will be sure to trade again in the run up to Christmas! (yes Christmas! It’s not that long off you know!) Also some of you may be wondering why there isn’t more vintage stuff on the site, but I will be looking to expand my range in the next coming months as I am currently toying with new ideas!
