All items (unless otherwise stated) are sent within the U.K via Royal Mail. The costs are to cover all aspects of postage and packaging with your order. We endeavour to send all orders out within 3 working days but please allow up to 4 to 7 working days for orders to arrive. There may be occasions where this may take longer during busier times and bank holidays.

Availablity

All requests are subject to availability. We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that this site does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of the products or that any goods on the site are in stock.

Lost and Damaged

We cannot be held responsible for any items, lost delayed or damaged both in the U.K and abroad once items have been despatched. If an item has broken in the post please contact us for information.

Payment

All payments are in pound sterling, if you wish to convert it to your currency then please use this link to the currency converterhttp://finance.yahoo.com/currency?u. At present you can pay for your order with all major credit and debit cards through the world’s largest free online payment service – www.paypal.com. You do not need a Paypal account to use the service. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Returns

All item are checked thoroughly before sending, but in the unlikely event any mistakes have been made with your order please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at hello@junkieloversboutique.com quoting your name address, order number, details of the product fault or whether you require a refund or a replacement.

In accordance with the following acts: The Sale of Goods Act 1979,  The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 & Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2000 we offer a 7 days return money back guarantee. Refunds will only be given on items that are returned unused and in the condition they was sent out in. This only applies to the cost of the item not postage. All items must be returned to us promptly within 7 working days from our response. Items sent after this time will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns and exchanges done without prior notification to us may not be processed.

For hygiene reason, earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded. When we have received your item and checked it we will contact you via email and advise you of when your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed which we will do via Paypal to the account you originally used. Please note the original shipping charges will not be refunded. We will send you an email to notify you .

The goods are your responsibility whilst in your care and remain so until they reach us. We recommend that you return items in a way that insures them for your own peace of mind. Return shipping charges are also the responsibility of the customer. Items also need to be packaged in an appropriate manner to prevent further damage.
